To Receive Your Refund

To request a refund the following conditions must first be met:

 

For all packages:

If you purchase any plan there is a 5 day grace period to look over the site. You must request a refund within 5 days of receiving your login information - including the day that you receive your information. You also cannot exceed taking a total of 100 questions to test the site to see if it will be useful to you.

If you exceed taking 100 questions, or you let the 5 day grace period expire (including Saturday and Sunday), you agree that the site is helpful and that you want to continue using the site. No refunds will be granted after this point.

 

Requesting your refund:

If the above conditions are met - you can request a refund the following ways:

If paid via Credit Card, the transaction will be reversed via PayPal™ - the way we process Credit card payments. You may call us, email us or use the contact us form and state that you would like a refund.

If paid by PayPal™ email invoice: You may call us, email us or use the contact us form and state that you would like a refund - the transaction will be reversed via PayPal™ .

If paid by check: You may call us, email us or use the contact us form and state that you would like a refund. Once your check properly clears, we will send you a check for the amount that was paid.

All accounts will be closed immediately upon receiving the refund request. If you are canceling over the weekend please leave a message via phone,send an email or the contact us form.
